One thing that would be useful to see in terms of future development is the ability to delete Open Orders through the Gmail Rapportive applet. If the deletion of Open Orders could be automated, then we wouldn't need this capability, as we could simply add the member to a 'cancelation' sequence through the applet. So since it has to be manual (not sure why that is), then it would be convenient to do it via Rapportive.
